How long does it take to get set up?

It typically takes about a week, but we can get you set up in less than 24 hours for emergencies.

What if I need more than one terminal?

The Beyond Menu POS system can support as many terminals as you need. However, there is a small fee for each additional terminal.

What if I’m not tech-savvy? Will someone help me with
the setup?

No problem! We’re here to help you. We can remotely install your POS and get you up and running as long as you have a working internet connection.

What happens if we change our menu items or pricing?

You’re in control of your POS. The BackOffice allows you to change your menu and prices. If you need help, our customer success team is here for you , completely free.
